Etihad Airways — positioning, visual identity and airport environments

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi entrusted Tomas to lead a brand team dedicated to modernizing the customer experience of their interiors, airports, check-in, and boarding.

This initiative aimed to cater to a new segment of everyday premium travelers who, due to more accessible fares, frequently choose business class. Consequently, their expectations have evolved from luxury to convenience.

The design transformation involved transitioning from a dark, traditional aesthetic to a light, modern ambiance, aligning with the contemporary preferences of these travelers.

This project was undertaken during Tomas' tenure as Partner and CEO at Blink.
