Nordic Tyre Group — group structure, value proposition, visual identity

Tomas led the consulting team responsible for defining the group structure, value proposition, and visual identity for Nordic Tyre Group — the leading independent tyre wholesale group in the Nordics and Baltics — owned by Altor at the time.

The project aimed to clarify the role and purpose of the newly formed group, uniting well-known national wholesalers under a shared identity while maintaining their local strengths.

The outcome was a distinct positioning: "Tyre Wholesale Intelligence" — a promise of progressive, entrepreneurial, and flexible service, connecting Nordic and Baltic customers to the world’s best tyres.

A cohesive visual identity reinforced the group’s market-leading expertise and efficiency.

This project was conducted in 2023 during Tomas’ tenure as Strategy Director at Kurppa Hosk.
