Nordic Tyre Group — group structure, value proposition, visual identity

Tomas led the consulting team responsible for defining the group structure, value proposition, and visual identity for Nordic Tyre Group, the leading independent tyre wholesale group in the Nordics and Baltics.

The project aimed to clarify the role and purpose of the newly formed group, uniting well-known national wholesalers under a shared identity while maintaining their local strengths.

The outcome was a distinct positioning: "Tyre Wholesale Intelligence" — a promise of progressive, entrepreneurial, and flexible service, connecting Nordic and Baltic customers to the world’s best tyres.

A cohesive visual identity reinforced the group’s market-leading expertise and efficiency.

This project was conducted in 2023 during Tomas’ tenure as Strategy Director at Kurppa Hosk.
