H&M — retail strategy, 50 flagships

Tomas coordinated a team that supported H&M in defining the role and concept of their stores across 50 key global cities in 2021. This project involved strategy development with a focus on integrating digital and physical in-store services.

The core concept, titled “Social Fashion House”, was built around five distinct zones within the store.

This project was done when Tomas was CEO at Nod Studio and it was done togehter with a design team at WorkShop.
