Target — category strategy

At US retail giant Target, Tomas led the consulting team that developed and redesigned two key categories: Food and Wine & Spirits, creating a fresh in-store customer experience.

Collaborating closely with Target’s development team, the project reimagined category direction, in-store layouts, and communication strategies. By introducing innovative and compelling ways to present product assortments, the categories became more approachable, engaging, and enjoyable for customers.

The project was completed in 2021 during Tomas's tenure at Nod Studio.
