Collaborating with Volaris’ commercial team, the project focused on simplifying and standardizing the airport experience and creating clear design guidelines. The initiative improved clarity, emphasized the smartness of low prices, and added charm and emotion to the customer experience.
Guided by the theme “Clearly for all”, the project delivered relevant and visually appealing changes that elevated the airline's environments.
